Wake Forest Baptist Health will soon open a new outpatient imaging center in Kernersville.
The 3,000-square-foot facility, located at 861 Old Winston Road, provides MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray services, with future plans calling for mammography and CT scans. Imaging services are open to anyone, and include walk-in appointments for X-rays.
“The closure of Business 40 has made it even more important for us to make sure that those in the eastern Forsyth and western Guilford areas can conveniently access our services, close to home,” said Reggie Munden, M.D., chair of radiology at Wake Forest Baptist. “This is an area of growth for our health system, and we know this new, convenient location will better serve those who trust us with their health care.”
Wake Forest Baptist already provides adult and pediatric primary care services at several locations in Kernersville.
People can call 336-765-5722 for an appointment.
