Re: FY19 Q2 Financial Performance
Wake Forest Baptist Health released its second quarter report on operating performance and operating statistics for fiscal year 2019 (FY19) today highlighting volume growth in the clinical enterprise and the addition of High Point Medical Center.
For the six-month period (July 1, 2018 – Dec. 31, 2018), total net revenues of $1.6 billion were 16.7% higher than the prior year.
In the second quarter of FY19, unrestricted net assets decreased $65.3 million. This loss is comprised of operating income of $15.6 million (0.9% operating margin) and net non-operating loss of $80.8 million.
