Promotions at Wake Forest University School of Medicine

The following faculty members have been promoted from instructor to assistant professor at Wake Forest University School of Medicine.

Werner Bischoff, M.D., internal medicine-infectious diseases, received his doctor of medicine degree from the Medical School Hanover, Germany. He completed a fellowship at Wake Forest University School of Medicine and is board certified in hygiene and environmental medicine.

Claudia Campos, M.D., neurology, received her doctor of medicine degree from the Javeriana University School of Medicine in Bogota, Columbia. She completed residencies at Louisiana State University and is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and internal medicine.

Stephen W. Davis, M.A., family and community medicine, received his master of arts degree from Wake Forest University.

Capri Foy, Ph.D., social sciences and health policy, received her doctor of philosophy degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Alison Gardner, M.D., pediatrics, received her doctor of medicine degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. She completed an internship and residency at Brenner Children’s Hospital. She is board certified in pediatrics.

Alexander Hadley, M.D., internal medicine-nephrology, received his doctor of medicine degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He did his internship and residency at North Carolina Baptist Hospital, and completed a fellowship at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology.

Jeffrey Hinshaw, P.A., physician assistant program, is a graduate of the Bowman Gray School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program (P.A.). He completed an emergency medicine PA residency/master of medical science program at Alderson Broaddus College, West Virginia University Hospitals. He is certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants.

Mandeep Kaur, M.B.B.S., dermatology, received her medical degree from the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, India. She did an internship at General Hospital, Chandigarh, India, and completed a fellowship at Wake Forest University School of Medicine.
