Cooking Demonstration on Soy Offered at Wake Forest University

A free lecture and cooking demonstration on adding soy to the diet will be held at 7 p.m. April 14 at Wake Forest University''s Benson University Center, Room 410.

A diet high in soy has been linked to a variety of health benefits, from a reduced risk of heart disease, osteoporosis and some cancers to improvement in menopausal symptoms. The demonstration will focus on incorporating soy in cooking. Samples will be served.
