High Point Medical Center proudly welcomes Debra Neblett, ANP-BC to our growing staff of medical providers. Debra will see patients at the High Point Medical Center Transitional Care Clinic.
Debra is an Adult Nurse Practitioner who brings a wealth of knowledge and medical expertise to our team of providers. Originally from Jamaica, New York, Debra earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UNC-Greensboro and her Masters of Science in Nursing from UNC-Chapel Hill. She has 27 years of health care experience and was most recently the Pulmonary Clinical Nurse Specialist for Cone Health.
Nurse Practitioners are a critical member of the health care team. As clinicians that blend clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating health conditions with an added emphasis on disease prevention and health management, Nurse Practitioners bring a comprehensive perspective to health care.
The High Point Medical Center Transitional Care Clinic is an integrated team of medical, behavioral and social work professionals who work together to support recently discharged patients in their efforts to regain their health and wellness. The clinic provides follow up care for patient with no insurance, patient who do not have a primary care provider and patients who cannot see their regular physicians after being discharged.
