Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center and the American Heart Association (AHA) will host a document shredding event for the public on Saturday, November 8, from 9 a.m. until noon, in the parking lot of the Miller Plaza building at 2200 Cloverdale Ave.
Corporation will provide shredding services. Participants can watch as their
documents are securely shredded on-site before being recycled.
The shredding service is free, but donations are appreciated. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the AHA’s Tanglewood Heart & Stroke Walk that will take place on Saturday.

For more information on the Walk, and to register, visit www.wakehealth.edu/Tanglewood or call 336-716-4588. For more information on the AHA, visit www.heart.org.
Part of the proceeds from the shred event will also benefit the ALS Association’s Walk to Defeat ALS scheduled for May 2, 2015.
