WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center has opened a new physical therapy location at the West Forsyth Family YMCA on Peace Haven Road in Clemmons.
Current and new physical therapy patients are eligible to transfer or begin treatments at the new location, which is near Lewisville-Clemmons Road. Patients with most orthopaedic injuries or surgeries of the neck, shoulders, elbows, back, hips, knees, ankles, and feet can be treated at the West Forsyth Family YMCA, with the goal of returning to work, exercise, self care, and everyday living.
The Medical Center has a total of 31 outpatient physical therapists at CompRehab Plaza at 131 Miller Street. To get more information about the new Clemmons location or to schedule an appointment, please call 336-716-8097.
