WFUBMC Wins Gold Award For Television Advertising

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center has received a Gold Award for television advertising in the 24th Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards.

The awards are sponsored by Healthcare Marketing Report, the leading publication covering all aspects of health care marketing, advertising and strategic business development. A record number of 4,300 entries were received in this year's competition, making the awards the largest and most prestigious health care advertising awards competition.

Judges for the Healthcare Advertising Awards consisted of a national panel of health care marketers, advertising creative directors, advertising professionals, health care consultants, marketing professors, and the editorial board of Healthcare Marketing Report.

Gold awards were presented to 361 entries and silver awards went to 327 entries. Additionally, bronze awards were given to 288 entries. Healthcare Marketing Report is the nation’s leading publication covering health marketing with more than 5,000 readers each month.
