The Department of Radiation Oncology at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center has announced the appointment of four additional physicians to its faculty.
Daniel B. Fried, M.D., Ph.D. completed medical school and his residency at University of North Carolina. His area of expertise is prostate cancer.
Janet K. Horton, M.D., whose area of specialty is breast cancer, graduated medical school from Wake Forest University School of Medicine and completed her residency at University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
Theodore E. Yaeger, M.D. FACRO is the Medical Director at Wake Forest Baptist’s new regional practice at Caldwell Memorial Hospital in Lenoir. He completed medical school and his residency at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia and was in private practice in Daytona Beach, FL.
Gregory L. Fiets, M.D. is Medical Director at Wake Forest Baptist’s regional practice at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital in Elkin. Fiets completed medical school at the University of Illinois College of Medicine and his residency at the University of Virginia. He had been in private practice in Carbondale, IL.
