Free Legal Help Available for Older Adults

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Elder Law Clinic, a free legal service for adults 60 and over with low to moderate income, is now accepting new clients. The clinic is sponsored by Wake Forest University’s School of Law and is located at the Sticht Center on Aging and Rehabilitation at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.

The clinic handles such cases as wills, durable and health care powers of attorney, living wills, Medicaid planning, nursing home questions and consumer cases.
